Pick n pay ASAP took my money

I placed an order on pick n pay ASAP on the 28/09 my money was debited from my account however they canceled my order. I called the call center of which I had to wait for over 30 mins and was advised that I will receive a refund within 3 hours. Well today is the 29/09 and still nothing has been received. The agent advised that there is issues with the app. I want my money back. I am very disappointed and disgusted to say the least.
