Pick n pay asap *******.

It's been 6 months now that I have been waiting for a refund for using the pnp asap app. 3 different departments and I still don't have refund for a delivery that never rook place at all. I am disappointed and I didn't want to do this but after sending umpteenth emails with no response this is what I am forced to do. Do not use the app because should some5hing go wrong they will not refund you and find every excuse under the sun to make you believe it's your fault. I am so disappointed and I still don't have my refund. I am not the problem pick n pay is.
