Pick n Pay ASAP Terroible service

I ordered from Pick n Pay Asap yesterday morning at 0730 am. Delivery was promised by 0900 am. In mid-afternoon I contacted Pickn Pay support on the phone. They promised to phone me back. They never did. I emailed them last night and they responded today. They say the order was delivered. It was not. To get into my complex the driver has to phone me for me to open up. I never got the call. They can see on the driver's phone he did not talk to me. Still no delivery a day and a half later and I was in all yesterday. I asked for a refund or goods. They saying they have to discuss it with the store. I recommend no one to use Pick n Pay Asap. They have stoled R 240 from me. As I told them they just have to look at the drivers phone.
