Pick n Pay ASAP - Terrible service and always a gamble when placing an order.

I've had a few instances where I don't receive some of my goods. They refunded me once, but not the full amount. One time I got someone else's order, but they at least fixed that. Most recently, I got charged twice for an order and I have been trying to get a refund, but they don't respond to your email. You can also contact customer service within the app, and they say they will get in touch with you shortly, but they don't. I even got a message saying that my query was resolved when it was not. I would not recommend using the app, because it seems to be a gamble as to whether or not your transaction will go smoothly.
