Pick n Pay ASAP- Terrible service

Terrible service. Placed an order to make supper for my family and had to wait almost 2 hours due to the time slot available. Once my time slot arrived, got a message on the app stating the driver delivered the goods. No one was ever at my home.

could not reach the store as no on answered the phone.

next day, i finally get hold of the store, and am told that they could not deliver any of their orders due to the driver having car trouble. They have a back log!

driver finally brings my goods and ofcourse, 3 items missing . driver tells me I need to call back to the store.

All of this at my very own expense..

waited close to 1 and a half hour for the rest of my things to be delivered.

definatley thought this would run smooth , but sadly i was left dissapointed .
