Pick n Pay ASAP - Terrible Service

I use Checkers 60 60 almost daily. Last week Sunday I used Pick n Pay ASAP for the first time. My delivery was scheduled for 4:30pm. At 6pm I phoned in to check where my delivery is. The lady said she will call me back in 10 minutes. Never received that call. At 8pm I phoned again... the lady took all of my details down and cut the call. No call back received to date. My delivery eventually arrived at 9:30pm. No explanations... no feedback.... no apologies. We had guests over and I wanted to make a cheese platter. The guests had left by the time the snacks arrived. I then sent in a complaint on the App and asked for this matter to be escalated and for someone to give me a call as this is terrible customer service. No one has called me yet... and this morning I got an email saying my case has been resolved and my ticket has been closed. This is the worst service that I have ever received from a company. I will never use them again.
