Pick n Pay ASAP terrible service

The service pick n pay asap offers is really pathetic. You book a delivery slot, only for it to to move the times 3 to 4 times. Or the delivery slot gets changed to the next day when nobody is home to collect. You call the call centre staff and they say there is nothing they can do. You cancel the order with the staff but it doesnt get cancelled either. I mainly shop online and i have never seen such horrible service than pick n pay asap. I am removing this app and encourage all other consumers not to use this as they just dont care.
