Pick n Pay & ASAP - Terrible service

The Pick n Pay ASAP app and Pick n Pay Mall @ Carnival is useless. Last week I placed and order and it took 3.5 hours to arrive after the APP says delivery in 60 minutes. It was the second time that I ordered items on special which was sold out. Today I placed an order which included alternatives for what I ordered. Although the alternatives were available they did not supply what I requested. Why ask for an alternative if you are not going to fill the order. We have 3 other Pick n Pays close to us. Why are we forced to use this one?
