Pick N Pay ASAP - Terrible service

On the 12th of May 2022, I placed an order with PNP ASAP app, 2 of my items were not delivered.

The orange Krush Juice and C***** Gouda Cheese.

Not just that, the items delivered were due to expire that same day, items were old and rotten.

I have placed complaints on all platforms and I keep get promised that a refund has been processed.

It is now the 26th of May 2022 and no refund has been made. 15 day’s later.

I could have used this money to purchase the items else where, but PNP ASAP keeps making promises that they can’t keep.

Checkers 60 Sixty app is so much more reliable and when they make a mistake they automatically correct there mistakes without having someone to even complain, and they even give you a voucher for the inconvenience caused.

Why can’t PNP just refund the money that is due to me. It was there error and I have to fight and fight for something that can be sorted out in a day.

Please can someone from the Pick N pay team get back to me with my query.
