Pick n Pay ASAP terrible response rate

Made an order through ASAP and an incorrect order was brought, that I can understand because mistakes happen everywhere. What really got to me is the fact that after I reported the error and explained that I needed the products for my small business, and after calling twice I received an email stating that the error would be rectify the following day, which then made me have to go straight to the shop to return the products and I was just really frustrated because limited time was taken always from my business, the money calling to correct their error and the petrol driving there, like I’m just really disappointed at such as service 😩😩
