Pick n Pay Asap terrible experience!!!!!!!!

I placed my order at 14h00 on Saturday 19 Nov and only at 15h58 someone from Pick n Pay head office gave me a call asking if my order has been delivered and I told her it had not been delivered since no one has called to get the access code from me. She asked for the access code, I gave it to her and I waited after 30 minutes no one had called and my order had not been delivered.

My order consisted of baby formula and nappies amongst other things. I kept calling this number because I was desperate and as I was taking to this lady who did not bother to give me feedback who only waited for my call, the baby was crying in the background because he was hungry and his nappy had not been changed for more than 2 hours!!!! I finally had to drive to the mall at about 17h00 and buy these things from Checkers because I couldn'twait any longer. I always buy from Checkers Sixty but on that day I wanted to try Pick n Pay out, it was for the 2nd time I had used them and I must say I will NEVER use them ever in my life and I will certainly NOT recommend them to anyone. What a terrible experience! PS: send your staff to Client Service training they really lack big time!!! Who doesn't know that even if you don't have a definite answer for the client you still call to keep them in the loop so that you can manage their expectation and to advise them that you haven't forgotten about them you are working on their query!
