Pick N Pay ASAP Terrible

I made an online order and made a payment for it from my bank account, and then I am getting a notification saying that my order has been amended and the balance has been credited into my ASAP wallet. I hardly use this platform to purchase, and they are deciding to keep my money with them for indefinite period as I am never going to use them again as they are a ****. When I was purchasing the items online it was not indicated that some stuff is out of stock, I’m only finding this information after, and they are deciding to keep my money with them, that’s *****ing. The money needs to be refunded the way it was paid, not keeping the people’s with you against the people’s will, that is *****ing.
