Pick n Pay ASAP - Terrible Customer Experience!

I made a purchase on Monday, 1/3rd of my order did not arrive, i called the call center and was sent an email to set a time for redelivery the next day. NOTHING arrived and no contact was made with me to reschedule. I am beyond irate with the lack of simple processes that have not being app**** for such a large brand. You have my money and goods and i am wasting my valuable time chasing you to provide a service that you advertise!
