Pick n pay asap terrible

I have placed an order with pick n pay asap the order was out in delivery but the delivery guy never arrived..I called up the call centre and sent many emails but no assistance.i waited 27 mins on the line being on hold and no one even called me back... They service is disgusting whenever you ask to speak to a manager it's always the manager is busy...this is the second time my order was ****** however the first time Micheal got my money refunded to me but now no one wants to assist and the worst part is you can't see the driver's name and how far along the driver is so basically the tracking is terrible just like they call centre...I will never advise anyone to order from them it's a big hassle and you will loose ur money
