Pick n pay ASAP tea drinkers

A few weeks ago pick n pay cancelled my order and only responded to me a 9pm at night. I was given a complimentary R259 which is valid till the 31st October 2024. Tried using it twice it says invalid I called yesterday the last doesn't know what month or date she's in she tells me it's expired because the date shows 31st October she then apologized after realising her mistake and reinstated the code. I tried using it again this morning it says invalid. I called customer care the lady who goes by the Lisa says that everyone is drinking tea and she cannot assist me. What kind of disgusting low class company is this where I need to consider someone drinking tea after I have been waiting for assistance for the last 4 days? I am absolutely disgusted because she's telling me they are busy drinking tea and laughing in the background but nobody can assist me. Pick n Pay ASAP is an absolute disgrace
