Pick n pay ASAP sucks

I literally just had the worst experience on pick n pay ASAP. Before placing my order I checked estimated times, the gave me an estimate time between 15h30 and 16h00, I proceeded to place my order because I needed those items today, after I placed my order they gave me a time for tomorrow morning at 09h00, I mean what's they purpose of the ASAP when I must get my order tomorrow, anyway I call the call center and the lady told me they they have an influx of 50 deliveries and they couldn't accept my order and that's why I was pushed for tomorrow morning. This app is really ridiculous and it causes such an inconvenience. I will not recommend this app to anyone because it's deceiving. I would rather order from woolies dash because their times are accurate they have a more sustainable strategy when it comes to orders, they give you an actual time and before placing your order and they cannot do it today they give you a time for tomorrow and you can choose if that is okay or not. Not with pick n pay and now I need to wait for a refund for 3-5 working days when they just accepted without any notification.. I'm so angry and frustrated

This still does not make any sense to me. Firstly why don't you have time slots like woolies dash and checkers 60 sixty? They have actual structure where the customer can actually choose a time slot as to when they would want to receive their order, I understand about the public holidays and their trading schedules. What I can't fathom is why do they accept orders when the time schedules shows a different time after placing a order, I mean what is the purpose of ASAP, if you don't know the meaning of ASAP then I suggest you change the name.. I literally placed an order with checkers and I I received my order in less than an hour, that's what I call ASAP.. I mean I needed my goods today, and I know this doesn't bother you if I told you I would not shop or recommend this platform to anyone of my friends or family or even my enemy. Thanks for your feedback but this doesn't make me feel any better because what If I needed that money today and you taking 3-10 workings days to refund me where you just took the money today
