Pick n Pay ASAP sucks!

Pick n Pay should just cancel they're ASAP because the service sucks and nothing is delivered ASAP using that app. I'm regretting using it the 2nd time and it's the last time I use them. I made an order yesterday delivery was 17:30 yesterday, it's now 12:33 the following day and I'm struggling to have them deliver my groceries whilst they were quick to deduct my back. I've been buying airtime and making calls I was promised that the food is coming. It's 20mins drive return its more than an hour and I have not received anything from them. They should cancel the asap as it's not working. Even now I've asked the consultant to return my call as I'm running out of airtime yet again. I'm still waiting no call returned. If they're unable to deliver why not reimburse my money back? I'm sooooooo disappointed and for a service that we pay for, the service we get from them is poor!
