Pick n pay asap sucks

Pnp asap is the worst delivery app I have ever encountered. Three times in a row my delivery never comes, and requesting my money to be deposited back into my account is quite difficult. It's been over 7 days and still nothing. The customer care line is disgusting, no one picks up and you never get anywhere. I am done with pick n pay asap and in-store. Checkers and Woolworths will get my money and not this sorry excuse for a store anymore.
