Pick n Pay asap ****** funds.

I ordered meat from PNP ASAP on February 2, the order was later found to be out of stock and I had to pay additional money to get a substitute for the meat that wasn’t available. When my order came there was no meat.

I called Pick n pay in the morning and they basically told me “hard luck! you will have to wait 10 days for the money to be reversed”, I am a student at Wits university which means I am not employed and was relying on that meat to last me a few days, but now I am unable to buy anything as pick n pay took money from me twice but the item never came and my money also didn’t come back.

Why does it take one second for PnP to take money but it’ll take me 10 days to get it back. Its not my fault they didn’t have the item that was displayed on the menu, why should I be the one to suffer?

One star is even too much tbh.
