Pick n pay asap stole my money - order was never delivered

Order #***. This is the worst shopping experience. Pick n pay asap stole my money and never delivered my order after placing it. The app says delivered but the driver never arrived. The driver never called either so there was no attempt to deliver. They never respond to emails or calls. They keep you on hold for 30 minutes and the customer service people are useless. One of them told me they will try to re deliver and after 4 days nothing. Told them to process a refund, still no response. There is no customer support especially when something goes wrong. All I want is a refund . This is unacceptable. You can't contact them, even when you manage to get them on the phone , they are clueless.
