Pick n Pay Asap short order

I ordered my groceries on 21 August 2022 at 09:44am(***). Two items were out of stock ( chicken for R74,99 and bananas for R34,99). All other items were accepted and were supposed to be delivered. Upon delivery I noticed my order was short with 1 packet of yoghurt (17,99) and lamb knuckles that I ordered were for R 174,99, instead they delivered a small packet for R46.20. I have been making a follow up with pick n pay asap since last week on the day of the delivery and i am not getting any help. People should stay away from using this app and it’s full of untruthfulness and the call centre agents do not care.
