PICK N PAY ASAP SERVICE IS DISGUSTING

Pick n pay ASAP is terrible!!! On two occassions in less than a month, I placed an order and my order had missing items. The last order was on the 24th of February and I called the call centre on the same day and as always, the agent I spoke to was unbothered and not willing to help. When I asked her when she will have feedback for me ,she said there is no SLA. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE AN SLA FOR CLIENT QUERIES??? To this day, I have had no feedback and no refund. This is disgusting!
