Pick 'n Pay ASAP ****!

I have used their Pick n Pay ASAP app a couple of times, but the last couple of orders (2) has been a real problem, on order *** they delivered a single can of cool drink but I ordered 24 x 440ML Windhoek Lager cans. I told the driver I am not accepting the order and then called their support who told me they have to investigate what went wrong, they cannot simply send a driver with the correct order. I then asked for a refund but they then told me I have to wait 10 days before they will refund me. Now this is the second time this happens and on the previous order I never got my refund. I asked the call centre support lady to get her manager, they then placed me on hold for 35 minutes, the manager then told me exactly the the same and then dropped the call. When I called back and asked to speak to the manager they said "he is in a meeting" so there is no real support. I really think they are running a ****, they advertise items that they don't have but charge your card in any case and then try and deliver the wrong items to you. After that its impossible to get your money back. This is really bad and I will not support PnP if this is their business ethic.
