Pick n Pay ASAP Rosmead. Bad service

Pick n Pay ASAP Rosmead Store .Bad service and delivery time My order was confirmed at 15.30pm . I received my order more than 3 hours later @19 00pm .What happened to 60minutes delivery time?I ordered 9 items and only received 7 of my items. When ordering the 9 items it never said that 2 items where out of stock .This will be the last time that I will be ordering at PnP asap Rosmead .What a waste of time .
