Pick n Pay ASAP refuses to refund my money
I bought stuff using the pnp asap app. When my delivery wasn't arriving I called to enquire I was then the shop was closed.
I asked the lady on the phone to refund me and she said they would in 7 to 10 working days.
I asked for this refund on the 11th of December 2021 today is the 13th of February 2022 and they still have not refunded me.
What makes this worse is that they are doing this for the second time now.

They **** saying they will contact me as soon as possible.
I remain without a refund. 7 months later.
