Pick n pay ASAP refuses to refund

I've had such a hard time getting Pick n Pay ASAP to refund me for an order *** they never delivered, I've called that call centre countless times and I've logged my query on the app but I just get ignored, IM AM TIRED of having to contact them and someone pretends to help!!!
