Pick ‘n Pay ASAP refund not received

I placed on order on PICK ‘n Pay ASSAP on 1 October. The order never arrived. I logged a query by email and by phone. They eventually refunded the amount spent, to my wallet which I requested them to pay into my account. I am yet to receive my refund. It is now 16 October.

This is the second time having exactly the same issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and the fact that I still haven’t received my refund.

The whole point of using Pick ‘n Pay ASSAP was that i needed the groceries that was ordered and when they didn’t deliver or refund me I had to use my savings to buy the items I needed.

How can a refund take SO long. It is absolutely ridiculous!

I am extremely dissatisfied.
