Pick n pay asap refund

Goodday I would like to write my review about pick n pay asap vaal mall.I bought a selsun shampoo and it was half when I opened it,it looked like it was opened.I requested a refund and they say it will reflect on my account within 10 business working days but still the refund is not on my account.I am truly disappointed with their services cause I sent endless emails but still there is no response.This is my second month sending emails to them.I would rate them 0 for their bad service to us their customers.
