Pick n Pay Asap pure chaos.

Pick n Pay Asap is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I placed an order yesterday at 12:27 for a 15:00 - 16:00 timeslot. I called *** at 15:20 to cancel as my slot had changed to 18:00 - 19:00. I usually use Checkers 60 for these deliveries to my mother and could not accept such a late delivery for her. I was assured it was cancelled, but the driver called at 20:15 attempting to make delivery. I was then contacted by someone in Cape Town and repeated my story and I was told again that it would be cancelled. Today they are still telling me that the status of the order is delivered and I am still trying to arrange a refund. Most shambolic service and worst inconvenience ever experienced.Do not use this service.
