Pick n Pay asap problem

I used the Pick n Pay ASAP for the first time. Horrible experience for me. I didn't get the smart shopper discounts although I entered my card number on the app. I didn't receive all the items ordered. Two milk was refunded. I ordered 3 Slimsy concentrate, but received 2. Order #***6. I phoned Heidelberg branch who supp**** the order ***. The person who are in control of the online shopping told me that the milk was refunded. He argued with me about the Slimsy cold drink concentrate, and said that the manager will phone me. A day after and I'm still waiting for the call. I will never use the Pick n Pay asap app. again.
