PICK n PAY ASAP-POOR SERVICE

I used the ASAP delivery service, order was placed at 9:00am, at 12:17 order was not delivered. Call center agent advised they will arrange delivery, 13:45 still no delivery they promised delivery using a UBER DRIVER. 15:45 still no delivery, call the center agent advised the order was collected by UBER driver at around 10:20am. They were unable to find the UBER DRIVER and he does not answer his phone. Luckily I asked for the name of the store that was packing the order and I was able to send a family member to the store whom initially refused to do a new order thereafter assisted. The value of the order was R1789,00 which the UBER DRIVER helped himself to. This is of great concern that Pick n Pay are using drivers that are not vetted and they are unable to even reach them and we are suppose to allow these drivers into our home.
