Pick n Pay asap! Poor service

My husband placed an order to be delivered to my mother in laws house on Sunday (13 March 2022). When receiving our parcels it was not our order. My husband logged a complaint and we heard from no one. He called the customer care line on Monday ,14 March 2022 and the guy was supposed to call him back at 4:30. We did not receive a call. My husband then called once again today (Tuesday, 15 March 2022) and they still have not contacted us. We have not received a refund and they have still not collected the parcels, which are not ours. I find this very disappointing and we will never order from them again.
