Pick n pay asap poor service

I am so disappointed and not happy at all. I used pick n Pay asap app to buy some groceries and when they got delivered there were missing items and also incorrect items. I called the call centre and I was told that it will be resolved the same day. A day went by and I did not get any feedback. I called them today in the morning and I was told that they will escalate the issue. It's miday now and still no word. This is what I call pathetic service at its best. I paid for those products and they should deliver them.
