Pick n Pay ASAP poor service

Never ordering online from Pick n Pay ASAP ever again! I normally buy from checkers Sixty60 app but they didn’t have the nappies I wanted so I went with the pick n pay app! Boy do I regret it! The delivery takes forever, I have a baby that requires a nappy change and my delivery is still not being processed? I made the delivery at 7am and they took the money from my account yet I still don’t have my purchase? They do even bother to inform you that they are running late due to delayed orders? I called the customer care line and they agent was just as nonchalant about my order! I’m never ordering from pick n pay again! Extremely poor service delivery and unprofessional staff!!!
