Pick 'n Pay ASAP poor packing and service

PnP ASAP deliver rotten fruit, milk and other items. They don't ensure to pack the fresh items. Been waiting for a credit since Jan'22 on items over R200. They just open a ticket when you email them (currently have 6x open tickets) and decide to close the ticket as they wish without actually attending to the query. Service is horrific!
