PICK 'N PAY ASAP PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!

I am so disappointed with Pick'n Pay ASAP. I placed an order delivery on 30 July 2022. My parcel was never delivered, it was sent back to the store. I was promised a refund in 10 business days. It is 19 September 2022 and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. Can somebody at Pick 'n Pay PLEASE assist me with my query?
