Pick n Pay ASAP - Please do better!!!!!!

I order almost daily on PNP ASAP. Placed an order and what a horrible experience. Get a message saying order is delayed after already waiting for 2 hours for order to arrive. Then another message saying order has been cancelled and will receive refund in 7 days?? I contact an agent via the app and received zero customer service, she keeps repeating the same policy like a robot, even after I explained that I received a msg from Pnp saying order was delayed but no driver arrived as I kept checking outside. I also got no call from driver saying he was outside. Then the agent has the audacity to tell me if I want to talk to a manager I must call this number and she proceeds on giving me the incorrect number. I am starting to blame myself because this is not the first or even second time this has happened to me. This app is supposed to make our lives more convenient, but it really isn't. They take no accountability for when they are wrong and for having no customer service.
