Pick n Pay ASAP pathetic service

I’m honestly disgusted by the service we receive by the Pick ‘n Pay asap app. More then once now I’ve ordered on using the app and everytime my order is only processed after I call the asap contact number to find out what’s happening with my order. Today I placed an order at 3pm and almost 3 hours later my order has not arrived. To make matters worse, the store is not answering their phones nor is the asap number answered. I’m starting to see why so many of these useless stores are closing in my area. With service like this they should all be closed. They know how to take our money but can’t render the services we pay for.
