Pick N Pay ASAP ...PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ...THE MOST USELESS APP EVER !!!!!
I have ordered some items using the PNP ASAP app on the 11th of March and some items where missing and I was also due a refund for chicken that I was overcharged for , I contacted the contact center and was assured it will be resolved but 3 emails later there has been no response ,after reading all of the reviews it seems that PNP does no care about their customers and its all about money , they okay with ripping people off .....NEVER EVER SUPPORTING THESE ******* AGAIN....PNP ASAP IS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVER USING THAT USELESS APP AGAIN

23 Mar 2022, 17:19Still have not been contacted by anyone at Pick n Pay ...utterly disgusting customer service ...you reply to me that the matter has been escalated to the management of ASAP and they will contact me ...clearly my query does not concern them as nobody has contacted me since ....it's been over 2 weeks with not even a response for you guys ...what type of business do you run ? Don't forget it's us customers that allow you to have a business ....guess PNP is all about money not customer
