Pick n Pay ASAP ordering app is a **** and unprofessional. Do not use it

I ordered items that are less than 15 on the PnP ASAP app around 12:38 and the estimated delivery time was set to 14:00 - 15:00, it later changed to 16:00 - 17:00 mind you I am in serious need of the items ordered for today's use. later when I checked they changed again to Tomorrow 10:00 - 11:00. then around 16:20 I get a notification that some items are out of stock and needs to be replaced or removed, I then replaced and guess what? my refund will take between 7 to 10 working days. I am very angry at this moment because I seriously needed the items. if only I knew that we are advertised a **** I wouldn't have bothered myself ordering on the app, would have went there myself. the service is horrible as I attempted to call the call center and after holding for 25 minutes using my own airtime on top of that, the consultant said to me my line is bad and i should call again and put me straight to their survey line. I really ****ed of and will never buy anything ever again from Pick n Pay Bottle app. It is a **** and very unprofessional because it is said that they take 60 minutes to deliver, just like Checkers store 60 min app which is delivering on promised time. I repeat pick n Pay Bottle App is a **** do not use it!
