Pick n Pay ASAP order not refunded

I have ordered items Pick n Pay ASAP mobile app last on the 4th of August 2022 and the cost was debited from Capitec account only to get a notification a bit later from the App that my order was canceled because the item was out of stock and the the refund will be made to my account. I'm very disappointed that till today I haven't received my money back even I tried so multiple times to email or contact their customer service desk - one of the consultants by the name of Buhle just requested me to send my bank statement so that they can investigate but haven't received heared anything from them ever since.

Pick n Pay I need my refund back ASAP!!!
