Pick n Pay ASAP Order canceled but no refund.

On Saturday the 17th I placed an order at 15:12pm on the pick and pay ASAP app and the app showed the order will be delivered the following day Sunday I then canceled the order so I would rather drive to pick and pay Midway Crossing. I then called the call Centre and spoke to a lady and she told me I would be refunded my money immediately as my order is now canceled and this reference was sent to me *** however I waited and did not get anything. I called again and spoke to another lady who sent me reference *** she told me the same thing that I would be paid back my money same day. Until now I have not received my funds back. What is the hold up? Why was I given incorrect information regarding my refund? Atleast update your app of the trading hours before we order not for us to find out trading times only when we call the call Centre. When am I getting my money?
