Pick n Pay ASAP - or is it ALAP

Pick n Pay ASAP is surely the WORST service that Pick n Pay has to offer. I placed an order for 5 items at 11h22 and delivery time was said to be 13h30 - 14h30, hmmm. Few minutes later delivery time changes to 14h00 - 15h00, errr o-k-a-y! Did I mention that it was just 5 items??!!! Few minutes later delivery time changes to 14h30 - 15h30, are they manufacturing these items????

I call to cancel the order and am told my refund will take 1 - 10 days!!!

What a waste!!! Should be Pick n Pay AL(late)AP
