PICK N PAY ASAP Online App Invoicing Errors

Experienced the worst First Online Pick n Pay ASAP delivery from Pick n Pay Ckearwater mall today. Placed an order, order was accepted and payment deducted from my account then a few minutes later a 2nd payment was taken for additional items invoiced not ordered, not delivered! Placed an order for 6 dougnuts but 36 dougnuts was invoiced - now battling to get my refund . I will never order on this app again! Way too much frustration!
