Pick n Pay ASAP online App

I ordered on their ASAP online App and all I got was a minus of my finances … I was I’m third on the queue and I’ll receive my order in no time….

The order was placed at 12 o’clock and I waited until now( 5 o’clock ), I kept calling to check-in on the order because it was showing it will deliver tomorrow on the App and I’ll be at work at the time, so I called to enquire twice and the consultants told me that there is something wrong with the app they will deliver today.

I’ve been waiting since and so I received a call that says they have to cancel my order so I suggested a refund directly to my bank account because I still need to go out and buy food the gentleman then sent the money to the app wallet , I then call to enquire why haven’t they refunded me my money to my bank account, the lady over the phone says I will be refunded by clicking an option on the app to refund me via EFT but it will take 5 to 10 days?!

I’m hungry very disappointed because I don’t have money to go out there and buy the food I need to eat now I’m very disappointed.
