Pick n Pay ASAP- nothing but a Huge CON!

A BIG WARNING to anyone wanting to use this APP to purchase fresh produce which gets invoiced per Kilogram. This APP is NOT designed to work with this concept. I ordered Beef mince which on the APP was R71.99 for 400-600g which is calculated at 60% of R119.99 per KG. On the footnote, it says that "Product weight ranges between 400-600g. You will be charged the price based on the MAX weight." Which means, that you may only receive 400g of mince, but will be charged for the full 600g at R71.99 However what happened was, I received 400g of Mince and was charge the FULL KG price of R119.99. I logged a complaint and they first asked me to prove that I didn't receive a full KG of mince, and then the next person told me I HAD only been invoiced the R71.99 even though I could prove by way of INVOICE and what was deducted from my account that I had NOT. The incompetence of the support and technical staff is staggering. I gave two stars because I did receive the rest of my order in good time and correctly. I wonder how many other people they've conned like this. I will make sure I warn people on every available platform to NOT use this APP. Despite the fact that PnP keeps launching new APPs instead of fixing the issues, speaks for itself.
