Pick N Pay ASAP? Not so much…

I ordered on Pick N Pay ASAP on Sunday. At the time of placing my order the delivery was scheduled for 15:00-15:30 on the same day. AFTER I had placed the order delivery suddenly changed to 13:00-13:30 the FOLLOWING day. I was unable to cancel the order so I decided I would wait for the next day to receive the order. But it is now the next day after the 13:00 and my order has not been delivered, the status just says order received. And the money left my account the day before. What a horrible experience, disappointing as I regularly use the App. I had to call in and have them cancel the order. No explaination whatsoever provided as to why there was a delay. And if it is that the store was about to close I should not have been able to place an order for delivery the same day. Additionally, if I placed the order the day before should it not have been a priority to get it delivered at least before 11am the next day? There is nothing “ASAP” about the app.
