Pick n Pay Asap not so Asap at all!!!

I am so disgusted with PnP Asap non existent service and lies.

This is the second time in less than a month that this is happening and im sorry but if you want to run an express delivery service like this you dont do this nonsense.

I placed an order on 31 October at 17h52 and it was successfully placed and accepted and they deducted money from my bank account.

This time i knew i wont even try and cancel the order since the **** they are running they told me with the previous incident if i cancel they dont refund me to my bank account but only to the wallet on the app. In other words they force you to buy from them again even though theg cant deliver !?!?!?

I waited and waited and at around 19h30 i started calling support to ask what is happening and after holding the line for about 15 minutes a lady answered. The lady said she is going to put me on hold and call the driver to ask whats happening. She never put me on hold and just dropped the phone on me. I called support once again, and again holding the line for 15 minutes when this time a guy answered the phone. Told me the same thing that he is going to put me on hold and call the driver. I held the line for about 3 minutes when he returned to my call and said ok the driver has collected the order and left the store and still has 2 stops before he is coming to me but he will be there. This was around 19:57, already 2 hours after placing the order. I waited and waited and at around 23h00 i knew that there was not going to be any delivery. The next morning whilst in a meeting at work the driver sends me whatsapp saying he is at my house. Im like ***, ok im on my way home. I rush there quickly just to find no one there. When i call the driver he tells me no he delivered it back to PnP because i was not at home?!? Obviously i wasnt at home and obviouslty that is the reason why i ordered the day before because obviously i was then at home!!! I called support once again of which this time i waited 30 minutes for the call to be answered. Eventually when it was answered i explained the situation and the guy said ok he will have to request manually for a driver to deliver the order. This was at about 10:54. At 11:45 finally the driver pitched up and delivered the order.

So when i open the bag i find Viennas that they had obviously removed from the freezer the previous day inside hot as if they were left out in the sun. Really? I mean what in the actual F@#$ is wrong with you people? Can you do that?

Youa re disgusting and stupidly lame and should **** down.

I now only use Checlers Sixty60 app because i go on both apps and select the exact identical same items on both then at the end you will see for example an order of R500, the Checkers order is about R50 cheaper. They charge R8 for delivery and does actually deliver where pnp charges you hell of a R35 delivery fee and dont even show up!

There is 1 time that Checkers was 5 minutes late with my order and they gave me R30 on the Wallet App to compensate. Wow! Pnp sends you an email saying hi and bye and here ia your invoice.

My advice to people joining to buy online, use Checkers, PnP Asap is not Asap at all. They stink and their service stinks and they are expensive ****mers!
