Pick n Pay ASAP, not so ASAP!

The ASAP app is not so ASAP. I placed an order online for about 12 items. That app crashed for more than 5 times while checking my order. I wanted to cancel but I couldn't because I had made payment already. When I eventually refreshed successfully, it was still picking my order for over an hour :/.I even have a screenshot to prove this, meaning it's false advertising. A whole hour for 12 small items. I opened up the chat to find out what was going on and the chat wait time was 2 whole hours, unbelievable! Eventually the driver arrived, he was standing on a street opposite to mine so I had to wave at him to come closer. Guess what!!? He wasn't even wearing a mask.??? I'm definitely not buying from this app again. Previously when it was still Bottles by Pick n Pay, the items would be delivered in a blue plastic bag. My items came all squashed as if he had other deliveries and my items were underneath, but I let that slide as I didn't have any energy to complain. But this is the second incident and someone needs to do something about it. Work on your App, hire more people to handle the chat and educate your drivers about covid-19 protocols! Unhappy shopper.
