Pick n Pay ASAP (not quite)

Absolutely disgusted with the Pick n Pay ASAP service. I placed an order at 08h15 this morning and was given a delivery time of between 10h00 and 11h00. At 10h15 I was given a delivery time of between 13h00 and 14h00. At 13h40 I was given a delivery time of between 16h00 and 17h00. I called the Helpdesk and was informed that the branch had not even acknowledged or started to pick my order
